Christmas/New Year Break
We will be closed from Christmas day and will re-open Monday 5th January 2009.
Please feel free to place orders during this period, however please enter a delivery date on or after 5th January. Apologies for any inconvenience.

South Australia - Metro
We deliver Monday to Saturday.
In most cases, same day delivery is available for all orders placed by 1:30pm Monday - Friday, and by 12:30pm Saturday. Quite often we can still arrange delivery with just a couple of hours notice, however this usually incurs a slightly higher delivery charge. Please phone us if urgent delivery is required.

South Australia - Country
Country deliveries are not available on weekends. Country deliveries will take an extra 1-2 days. Orders placed by 10:30am will generally be delivered the following day, however in some instances can take an additional day. On our order page all suburbs considered to be country areas are clearly marked with the word 'country' in brackets. Where we see fit some items may be substitued for alternate items to avoid products being heat damaged, due to the amount of time they will be in transit.

Interstate
We can delivery almost all of our hen's party, bomboniere & wedding items interstate. If ordering from these sections please select Outside SA standard delivery, or Outside SA express delivery at the top of the suburb listing. FOR ALL DELIVERIES TO THE NORTHERN TERRITORY PLEASE CONTACT US WITH THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO ORDER AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A QUOTE FOR DELIVERY. We do not delivery our other gifts & gift baskets interstate. Please phone us or click here to email us, if you have any questions regarding interstate delivery.

General delivery information
Gifts will be delivered to the gift recipients address as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-deliver the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge will apply. If the recipient is not home, the gift will be left in the location that the courier believes to be the most secure at that address. If they do not believe there is a secure location to leave the gift, or they cannot access the property, an additional delivery charge will apply. All delivery prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
